Superior Measuring is a dimensional laboratory that is accredited to the 17025 standard. Superior Measuring maintains one of the largest CMM laboratories in the area, consisting of (12) CMM machines. With years of experience, as well as a full staff of trained employees, Superior Measuring is capable of performing full certifications (check and fix capability), 3rd party certifications, part layouts, capability studies, and virtually any other CMM requirement needed from the customer.
By utilizing both Tarus and PC/DMIS software, Superior Measuring is able to meet customer specific requirements as needed.
The variety of measuring envelopes provide the ability to support components from items as small as a Side Window Defroster Grille (plastic component) to a stamped Body Side component. Superior Measuring can also support full vehicle fixtures and styling die models.
